Refund policy

  • 1. Return Eligibility

    We accept returns within 7–10 days of delivery under the following conditions:

    • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
    • Wrong product or size delivered
    • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
    • Original tags, invoice, and accessories must be included

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns for:

    • Used or damaged products by customer
    • Sale / discounted clearance items (if mentioned)
    • Perishable, hygiene, or customized products
    • Items returned after the return period

    3. Exchange Policy

    • Customers may request an exchange within 7–10 days of delivery
    • Exchange depends on stock availability
    • If the item is out of stock, refund or store credit will be provided

    4. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned item
    • Refund time: 5–10 working days
    • Refunds will be issued via:
      • Bank transfer
      • Easypaisa / JazzCash
      • Original payment method (if applicable)

    📌 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.


    5. Return Shipping

    • If the product is defective or wrong: we will cover return shipping
    • If return is due to customer change of mind: customer pays shipping

    6. Order Cancellation

    • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
    • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (return policy applies)

    7. Damaged or Wrong Item

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos/videos so we can resolve it quickly.
