Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7–10 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
- Wrong product or size delivered
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Original tags, invoice, and accessories must be included
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products by customer
- Sale / discounted clearance items (if mentioned)
- Perishable, hygiene, or customized products
- Items returned after the return period
3. Exchange Policy
- Customers may request an exchange within 7–10 days of delivery
- Exchange depends on stock availability
- If the item is out of stock, refund or store credit will be provided
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection of returned item
- Refund time: 5–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
- Original payment method (if applicable)
📌 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
5. Return Shipping
- If the product is defective or wrong: we will cover return shipping
- If return is due to customer change of mind: customer pays shipping
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (return policy applies)
7. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos/videos so we can resolve it quickly.
